\r\n\t\tCHAMBER OF COMMERCE REGISTRATION<\/span>\r\n\t<\/h2><\/div>[vc_column_text]The Trade Register Act<\/a> came into effect on 1 July 2008. All companies and legal entities in the Netherlands are therefore legally obliged to register in the Trade Register of the Chamber of Commerce.<\/p>\n

From street cleaner to notary, from partnership to ministry and from church society to association of owners. The Trade Register is the basic registration of companies and legal entities in the Netherlands.<\/p>\n

The Chamber of Commerce implements the law on behalf of the Ministry of Economic Affairs.<\/p>\n
